Id say vacuuming!
What I have tried is the new exercise program 'Zumba' and you can buy the dvd's and do it in your own lounge! I do it when my daughter is asleep or if she is out with her Daddy. I put on 13kg when I was pregnant and i only have 5kg to lose till im the same weight as i was before I had my daughter.

ANy kind of house work that makes you sweat some. Also when your son is awake put some music on and dance around the house with him in your arms.

Carrying heavy things up and down stairs (like laundry)

Mowing the lawn (with a push mower)

Scrubbing floors.

You could also pick up a home workout dvd, if your son naps for 20 to 30 minutes it should work.

If you have bare floors (not carpeted) that is a WONDERFUL workout! We have 4 rooms out of 7 that have to be swept and mopped daily (i do slack sometimes) and I am always dripping with sweat by the time I'm done with the first! Especially since I sweep real good, mop with hot soapy water, then rinse with warm water. After I'm done I can feel every muscle in my body! lol

If you have carpet then I agree with Rebecca. Vacuuming definitely makes your heart pump too. Also try scrubbing those stains up if there are any! Scrubbing your bathroom down works real well. Sometimes I even sweat doing dishes (I use really hot water so I think that's why). If you can't think of anything else (I'm out of ideas lol) you could always give your walls a good wash! Hope this helps :o)
