I use reusable/cloth diapers. Flip from BumGenius is awesome. They dont smell, they are easy to clean. My daughter was getting rashes from disposable diapers so it was really our only choice. I wish I had done this with #1!

I absolutely LOVE!!!! BumGenius cloth diapers!!! I started using them on my daughter when she was about a month old, she is now 18 1/2 mo. and we have only used disposables other than the first month for travel. We've tried both Huggies and Pampers but have never been very happy with either. She has yet to have a single blowout or leak with BumGenius and has had far fewer rashes, and the rashes she has had with cloth have all been minor redness that is gone by the next diaper change, plus they have saved us a ton of money! What is not to love!!!!

i found with my 2 year old huggies didnt work. they always leaked for me.. but then when he turned like a year i got him into luvs. they smell like powder and they are amazing. but with my newborn i used pampers swaddlers and baby dry. the price iss the same and ill probably use cruisers when my son starts crawling. i like pampers because they are the SOFTEST diaper i have ever used. and they work well. goodluck

Huggies little snugglers. No leaks, and has a handy wetness indicator, and they are really comfortable for my baby girl. she is ready to move up to size 3 and they dont seem to be available in that size. I will probably go with LUVS next. They were affordable and I dont remember having any problems when i used them with my son.

I live in Canada and I've never seens luvs here, but I like fisher price diapers the best or huggies, they are just a thicker diaper and I feel that they hold more.

With my youngest, it's only huggies. Between family and church, I had 2 baby showers, and received just about every brand out there. The nice thing, was that I didn't have to buy a single diaper til she was 3 months old, but the bad thing is that they all leaked except huggies. My daughter was in the hosp quite a bit this winter and they gave me pampers to use on her. I made sure I had plenty of changes of clothes for myself every time, because the pee and poo was always leaking out.

I used Pampers for the first few months, then switched to Luvs with my older two. With my baby, instead of switching to Luvs, we're using Parents' Choice from Walmart, and I actually like those better than Luvs.

Elfrieda, I loved the newborn kissaluvs! My absolute fave was BBH (baby beehinds) one size. They fit from newborn to toilet training. When we were out I used Woolworth's Select because they were inexpensive and were just as good as Huggies, but half the price!

Pampers Swaddlers. everything else either isn't dry enough, or gives my lil girl discharge. AND IM ECSTATIC that Pampers just came out with swaddlers in size 3! Saved me the hassle of going thru trying out diapers again.

We use nothing but Luvs for our 1 year old! Pampers and store brands made him break out in a rash. That or he would scream and cry as soon as he would wet his diaper in the slightest. We are expecting our second little one in July and we will probably use Huggies Little Snugglers until we are through using the newborn size then it will be right to Luvs for him as well.

I liked pampers swaddlers at the beginning, the line that changed color when wet was wonderful. It was one less thing to worry about. After all I didn't want to get her all naked and upset to find out she was dry. That isn't any fun.
By about 3 months I was putting her in the Kirkland brand diapers. I love them, they don't leak as much as other brands, and they don't swell like the baby dry. Or mask oder so much that you can't smell a poopy diaper.

Cyndel, what's so funny about cloth diapers? Google them and you will find that there is so much out - even hybrid ones. Cloth diapering has become very modern, easy to do, stylish, green, money-saving, and healthier for everyone.

Have a look at those cute bums! Cloth may not be for everyone, but it's worth at least some consideration.

I use cloth (kissaluvs) at home, and just the storebrand ones when we go out and when I suspect that my son is going down for a long nap. Whatever is cheapest and doesn't smell too perfumey.
At night I use Pampers Nighttime, which smell bad but are SO absorbent that my son can sleep 13 hours in a row without leaking.

I use Green Line cloth diapers. One size fits all.
Not as yucky as you might think, totally adorable prints! and the best fit I've had yet from any disposable or cloth diaper I've tried. Huggies, Pampers, store-brand disposables all leaked at one point or another. I've had none of that from Green Line.
But the thing I like best? how much money I DON'T spend on diapers.

With my son, we used Huggies...Pampers leaked like crazy. We just had a baby girl and have been using Pampers Swaddlers and they have been working great so far! I think it depends on the kid and their build.

I love Huggies, ALL KINDS. They lasted the absolute longest of any diaper I have tried. And I have a 3 year old and a 10 month old. And actually I never liked luvs, they always seemed too thin and didnt hold up very well.

We used luvs for the most part with our two boys. They don't leak, or cost too much, and they fit a lot better on my boys bottoms. I might try cloth for a new baby, since they are getting better designed these days.

i have a 3 yo, 15 month old, and 3 month old. with my first two i used pampers swaddlers until the swaddlers switched to cruisers, then i went to the pampers baby dry because they were i little cheaper. and the only reason i waited that long is because i didnt realize the baby dry came as small as size one. now with my youngest, i used swaddlers until he was out of the newborns because the baby dry doesnt come in newborn. now hes in sz ones and i use baby dry. however, my three yo is potty trained, but in huggeis pull ups at night (as a precaution), because i dont like the pampers easy ups.
