What is your one "I'm stressed and gonna scream" reliever?
Mine is coffee and a egg batter doughnut from my local market.

Get out the house! :) Change of scenery does wonders...give the twins a fruit lolly and go for a walk or play in the sandpit.

My iPod! I blast a song or two without disturbing anyone else! Usually while doing the dishes or laundry, knowing the kids are off doing their own thing!

I put my kids in their room and walk outside for a while, I just get tired of being with them all the time and the screaming and attitudes just get the best of me sometimes.

If there is someone here to watch my dd I go take a hot shower, and just stand there, some times Im so frazzled I cry.... One day I was home a lone with her and i was ready to loose it, so I sat down in the middle of the floor and started to cry.... it freaked her out, she tried to comfort me then she just sat in my lap and cried too, after a few minutes we both stopped and looked at each other, I asked " do you feel better now, I do" then we both got up and started to play.

Tuesdays!... its not the day its self, its just the day with the most stress reliving schedule. I don't have any school work or classes that day and as soon as my hubby gets off work I go to the gym for a Zumba class followed by a Yoga class. At the end of the Yoga class our instructor leads us on a very relaxing meditation that I love...I know I can just lay there, forget about everything and im not going to be interrupted. By the time I get home my hubby has made dinner and given our son a bath so all I have left to do is eat dinner and help put our son to bed. If I didn't get my Tuesdays the rest of the week becomes a lot more hectic. :)

I first call my sister or hubby and vent. My sis has a kid the same age as my youngest and it never fails we start laughing about the situation.
If they don't answer, I eat something good and artery clogging. :) No chores....sometimes put on a movie....and order pizza. :)

Going for a smoke (outside ofcourse!) if that's an option. If not I just stare at the kids and zone out and think of summer when we can be outside all day :) And picturing me working in my garden. That really makes me feel good :)
