I'm very fortunate to have a 3 year old who will eat almost ANY fruit and vegetable and would prefer a salad over a slice of pizza any day. But one of his favorite snacks is raw almonds. We've quit buying chips & "snacky" items & just give him raw almonds & a cheese stick. He's always asking for almonds.

my nearly4 year old loves capsicum at the moment, and asks for 'salad' if I ask her what's for lunch/dinner. She sits on the bench when I cook and gets most of her veg then.

My kids LOVE bananas, grapes, graham crackers, cheese, and yogurt!!

It makes me so happy that I can put these specific healthy treats on their plate and they are the first things to disappear!!

My daughter could eat yoghurt morning, noon and night. when she was a baby, I just gave her plain yoghurt and she loved it. Then she was exposed to the sugary kinds. For a while she would eat two adult sized greek yoghurts a day.

LOTS of sugar in Raisins and Milk, so I'm not surprised your kids love it!

Be sure to check grams per serving when feeding kids "healthy snacks"

4 grams of sugar equals one teaspoon. Milk has 15grams per serving, and there is 20 grams of sugar in a 1oz. box of Sun-Maid raisins.

My kids are BIG fruit and veggie eaters so I don't really have any problems. My oldest is a pickier eater then my younger kids but he still gets his variety.

Anything fruit.. Loves his veg too raw mushrooms, carrots he loves. Any cooked veg he will eat as well. Cheese snacks and fruit smoothies and yoghurt he loves too, which is a bonus because he hates milk, even flavored milk.

Apples and grapes my youngest one likes and apples are the only fruit I can get the oldest one to eat. My youngest ones loves all fruit and most veggies. The oldest one I have trouble getting him to eat fruit and veggies he is 8 and hopefully he will change when he gets older.
