anytime my kids get congested wheither its chest or sinus i use a humidifier in their rooms with some vicks vapor steam in that little compartment in the humidifer... i put the humidifer on at nap and bed time as well there is a bubble bath that is called vapor bath by 'life' brand and 'huggies' brand... it made with rosemary, euciliptis, and mint...
it will help clear their lungs and sinus's
hope that helps!

Good Luck. When my baby had a cough and lots of congestion (he is now 4 months old) we kept his head elevated ( I put the boppy in the crib with a blanket over it), held him up right when feeding him and kept the humidifier on in every room that he would be in. If he has a runny nose, Try Little Noses, it also comes with a bulb to get the yucky mess out of their nose.

I have a honey shop located close to me that sells an all-natural honey based cough suppressant. It has natural anti-virals, and antibiotics in it as well, to help heal faster. You may want to check your local natural foods store and see if they sell something similar. I'd get the name for you, but it's made by a local apiary.

You may need to check with you baby's doc for the best way to help with the cough.

Very cold water (no sugar) in the bottle.
