My baby girl is 19 weeks old, I still swaddle her, especially during the night; because when I don't she sleeps for short periods (15 to 45 minutes). I don't know what to do to make her sleep without it. Please help me, any suggestions?

I know some people leave one arm out at a time and make the transition somewhat gradual. With my son, I tried just stopping cold turkey. When he wasn't ready I just continued to swaddle and I would try again a week later. He was swaddled till he was 5 months. He was ready when he was ready. No need to rush it or try to force it.
