My daughter is 15 months old. She is saying a few words (eg. Mummy, Daddy, Yes, No, Juice.) I can tell she understands me quite well and always answers questions with yes or no and i can tell she is answering me properly.
She Babbles alot but I really want to know what she is saying and i want to know what age it will be when she can talk to me properly.
I hope someone can help me abit.

Im not worried as such. I just wanted to know what age is a good age to be talking.
She is starting to say more and more, today she has said about 4 more words that she already knew, including Up, Open, Cheese, Dinner Abit Random but makes me happy to hear her :)

Your chld is right on par for her age. She should be able to start two to three word sentenes at 2 years old. Language development is a hard one to gauge but if your daughter is already saying words clearly she will soon learn to say things like more juice, daddy gone, bye bye, all gone etc. Just encourage her with rhymes and songs.

My first child didn't say anything till she was two and didn't really talk well till she was almost three. My second however is using sentences before his second birthday. Like the other moms said, every baby develops differently. I'm sure your little one is right on schedule.

I agree. All child develop at different rates, regardless of what the charts at the doctor's says. My daughter was an early talker but I am convinced it is because she is around her 9yr old brother constantly. Is your daughter around any other "older" children? I am a firm believer that they learn at faster rates from other children...Before you know it you'll be wondering why you ever worried!

Do not worry.My sisters child was a thumb sucker and her teeth and speech took a longtime to refine. Don't stress no matter what she will see this. In time it will be okay. The same when she starts school or day care. Development happens sometimes slowly.
Have strength and she will to. ;)
