It's been 3 months since my daughter was born and I've only gone down from 184 the day I went into labor to 160. Have about 25 lbs left til I'm at my pre-preggo weight but really want to be 35 lbs down since I was a bit overweight when I conceived. I tried crash dieting (stupid I know but you know how your hormones get after delivery I want to be normal again!) but couldn't keep up with that, then worried if I dropped the weight too fast I would just be stuck with a saggy belly, so I'm just trying to eat small meals every couple hours. It's hard when I'm at home all day everyday to get the energy even to ride the stationary bike. What I'm getting at is, lol, does the weight ever come off naturally? I've heard "took you 9 months to put on the weight will take you that long to take it off". I mean, I'm not eating like I did when I was preggo, shouldn't my body be getting back to where it was?? Or am I delusional and every woman out there who has had a child works out at the gym 3 hours a day to get it back? I WISH I could afford a gym membership and had a trustworthy sitter!
What have you all experienced? I am pushing 30 guess I'm not where I used to be.
