My step daughter had it when I was pregnant with my son who was born March 31st so you are far enough along that you will be ok. I was scared too but trusted in God that he'd be ok. So I'm sure you're ok good luck and I'll keep you in my prayers.

The school sent my step son home from school because they thought he had fifth Disease. I was about 20 weeks pregnant. I told my doctors office and they said it probably wouldn't be a problem, but they ran blood test's just incase. I apparently was immuned against fifth disease. If you had fifth disease before, which I guess most people have had it without even realizing they had it. You are probably immuned as well so I wouldn't worry. Even if your not I highly doubt anything will happen to the fetus this far along in your pregnancy.

i'm not sure what it does to you when u are pregnant but it does have different symptoms for adults .....I caught it a few years back and I had VERY stiff and painful joints that started out itchy it was so bad I couldn't walk or even pick up my own blankets to cover myself . In children the symptoms are different and pretty mild

The only danger is to women who are in their first trimester. It has to do with the stage of development of the fetus. At about three months, they are developed enough that it affects them no more than the common cold.
