Ok so, we FINALLY got DOR to put child support on hold until we go to court and get everything finalized for custody. Does anyone know if we will be able to get back the two months of support that she received while we waited for the court date? We live in Mass. She will be ordered to pay support but, will they make her repay the money she never should have kept...?

You could always ask the courts for her to remimbuse you the money. It's worth a shot.
