What Christmas gift ideas does ANYONE have for a 13-14 year old girl?

I am trying to get a head start on Christmas shopping this year so I'm not cramming it all within 1-2 weeks. My oldest step-daughter is 13 but will be 14 a couple days before Christmas. She is the HARDEST person to shop for. She (of course) likes all the expensive things and already has a lot of them with her maternal grandmother whom she lives with. She is into Justin Beiber, however does not have a cd player to play cds. She also does not have her own tv with dvd player so is unable to watch any videos unless it's in the living room and everyone else agrees on it. She's not a big reader either however she likes the Twilight series.She shares a room with her 2 other sisters and so does not have a lot of room for anything big. She likes making friendship bracelets so I was thinking something along that line. But that's only 1 gift. Does anyone have any ideas what to get her?

Hi I would get her something to personalized her part of her shared room. Like a wall decoration or a funky lamp(like lava). I would not get her the 200$ visa though unless she was really really spoiled because that's problably not what she wants. If she's not a Girly girl do not give her make up because she might not use it or feel that she's not good enough with out it. Next time you go to the mall see what she takes interest in and buy her something she loved but was a little to expensive or chose something else that day. When ever that happens to me I feel that that person care enough to take interest in my interest and for that I love them even more. Hope I help; another 13 year old. Ps,I can't think of anything to ask for:)

more fresh new makeup

hair supplies < bobby pins , hair clips , pony tail holders >

cute throw blanket

new shoes < vans , nike >

new wardrobe

a $200 visa card

portable dvd player with the twilight movies.
locker wall paper for her school locker
a cd player
an off brand ipod (the off brands are as low as $30)
a camera (everyone loves a camera)
a justin beiber life size cut out (they sell them at fyi music store)
a gift certificate to a craft store so she can buy her friendship bracelet supplies.
a gift certificate to her favorite store at the mall.
picture frames to go with her camera (everyone loves pic frames)
a case for her cell phone.

those are just a few things that my step daughter who is 13 has gotten for gifts and she loved them all.
