Does anybody know how to go about getting a paternity test through the court? My husband is paying child support, but his daughters mother wont let us see her. We think it might not be his daughter...please, any advice will help

We had our done through the courts just to be sure. And so the mother knows that we know the baby belongs to my husband. We had the pay half the test. The courts made her take the baby and they did a test on her the baby and my husband it had to be done by a certain date.. It was done when we filed for joint custody.

the best thing would be to demand visitation throughtnhe courts unless theres something your doing that you shouldnt be you ont lose if your willing to pay for the test yourselves then all youll need to do is ask a judge to order the test
