Hello to all, My name is Rebecca Lomis-Stephan and I am the organizer here at StillBorn Moms. I wanted to take a minute to tell you all how my heart breaks when I hear new or older stories of families that have lost a child doue to misscarriage or being born still.
My twin daughters passed away ion July 4th , 2003, they were born still. I remember the ache in my heart that I thought would never end,
We had a funeral for Olivia and Abby who were born at 23 weeks. It was the smallest casket I ever saw! I knew though it was heartwrenching, I would see them again someday. This did not take away my grief though. I grieved for about 2 years. I kept busy in that grief and went on to pass the Stillbirth law here in WI and went on to start a organization for grieving parents Heavenly Angels, which I had to step down from to heal after two years.
I wanted to start another one where others could share.
Would you all be interested if I did? IWe would have our own website and memories but also foucus on life. Let me know if you think this would be ok. I design websites and would do it at no cost to anyone.
