My daughter is going to be 2 in november and I want to potty train her over christmas break because I wont have school and I will be home and will be able to forcuse on her and potty training. She is starting to become more ready for training. Every morning she wakes up and takes her diaper off and throws it over the crib, nap times are the same. She tells me when she has to poop. If you have an suggestions that would be great :)

Every little one is different. My daughter responded very well to rewards. I kept a jar of skittles in my bathroom closet and would give her one every time she even tried. I also bought a whole bunch of stickers so every time she actually did go she got to "decorate" her potty with a sticker. It seems like I was really pushing liquids also. It makes them have to pee more and is helpful because they have more opportunities. I would suggest finding something your daughter is really into or really enjoys. Small rewards pay off. Be patient and just keep reiterating all the positives and try to not make a big deal out of the negatives.
