Let's hear it for the newbies. I'm a high school chemistry teacher, currently working as a curriculum coach for the district. Got two beautiful kids, 8 and 5, and getting my doctorate in education from USC. I should be working on my dissertation right now, but I'm playing around on FB. Go figure!

Hey everyone! I have been a SAHM for the last 4 years. I started school in Fall 05. I am a Sociology major with plans to start a non-profit org once I graduate. I am struggling, though. My baby started school this year and I went back to work P/T and have 3 classes per semester. I am wondering if it is ever going to end!! I am just tired of the commute (50 minutes one way) and miss my family when I am home b/c of the studying I have to do. I know it will all be worth it in the end, but I am really tired. Can anyone else feel my pain? I don't want to complain. I just need to vent sometimes! Thanks for listening!!

I'm new here, too, so I thought I'd post a reply to you. This could be the new member thread. I have two kids, 4 & 6, and I'm a pre-med Women's and Gender Studies major. I've been back since Fall '06
