Baby Sleeping in Car Seat

Lily used to fall asleep every time she was in the car in her car seat. I read that if your baby is falling asleep EVERY time they are in the car it can be an indicator that your child is over tired. I think that was definitely the case with Lily. Now that she takes to established naps and sleeps through the night, she is not falling asleep as much in the car. Though she sometimes still does. Do your babies like sleeping in the car or seem to fall asleep every time they go for a ride?

Now that Lily takes a morning nap at 9 and an afternoon nap at 2 on most days, If we have to run errands or travel, we try to do it at her regular nap time. That way if she does fall asleep, it is during her normal nap time and doesn't interefere with anything.
