She invited 8 girls from her class and we had a pool party. After they played for about a hour we had games that were water based eg balloons filled with water and one girl has to throw it and the other has to catch it in a basket. . There were two teams and after each game prizes were given out to the team that won.The girls also learned a dance in school so they performed it for us.

We had a little cook-out at a local state park and rented a yurt so the girls could have a sleepover. They played twisted, danced, painted nails, and had a great time.

WE HAD A BLAST!! Being that Zakaiyah has done evrythng any child could do to celebrate a birthday since she's turned 1 and this year is probably her last birthday celebration, I asked her what she wanted to do and just added things I know she loved to the agenda. Sat 4/30: Pedicure, Movies, Strawberry Patch (this included ALL of her friends) 5/1: Surprise birthday party at the local park with the entire family and all her friends with lots and lots of food, games, and Hello Kitty party favors!
