hi girls! i'm alive and feeling much btr actually this is the best i've been in what 2wks?!  watchin the oscars....  lots has gone on the computer was making me dizzy  my blog is soo super behind i really have to update it

we found out dh has copd which is a pulmonary diease thing which gives me a migraine...

my bro moves back tomorrow

my ma had her surgerys and prob has a few left.. but she's doing btr.

my mil closes on her house tues i'm thinking its super small but we're still gna look at it anyhow. 

a few more wks till disney world and i think i'm not trying to add to our fam. since being that sick for a few wks how would i do it again for months?  i was soo sick w/ the boy

Sorry I have been MIA this weekend.  MK is sick...again!!  Poor thing, and I feel terrible as well.  I just hope we can all get well and stay well, very soon!  TTYL!

Well, found out Sis-in-law is 10 weeks preggo and is due Sept. 15th. My mom is retiring from the Army the end of Sept so we'll probably be going to Colorado for the ceremony, driving 6 hours to Utah and seeing the new little one for a couple of days and then back down to Utah where we'll fly back here. It'll be a lot of traveling but good to get two birds with one stone.

Janet-I am with ya about it being Friday! Woohoo!

Jenny-That's great that Dh is handy when it comes to that stuff. I would have to pay someone to come out and fix them:)

Caleena - Of course you'll be in Utah in October.  Just my luck.  Congrats on the soon to be niece or nephew.  My sister hopes to be pregnant by August so I'll have a niece or nephew before the end of next year.  Can't wait.  

Janet - Most of our outlets are 2 prong (except the ones in the kitchen) PITB, because the plugs for our laptops are 3 prong.  Dh has changed out a few, but still has many to do.  

Sarah - hope you are doing ok!  Miss ya!

Hey Y'all~

  The kids are sleeping so I am enjoying some me time.  It is nice to relax.  I am ecstatic tomorrow is Friday!  I love the weekends! 

Jenny~I totally agree that spending some time there makes expensive tickets more worth it. That is great that dh will be working on the house.  The last house we were in we had to make the 2 prong into 3 prong outlets.  It drove me crazy, so it was way worth it!

Caleena~Yay!  Congrats.  That is so exciting.  I wish my bro would get married and have sweet babies!  Haha!  Where do they live again?

Sounds like everyone is staying pretty busy in the bathroom:) I've got news...my sister in law just announced she is 10 wks pregnant which means Rozz will be having a little cousin in Sept!! I'm so excited for them:) We'll definitely be taking a trip up there again around Sept or Oct. to see my niece or nephew!!!

Janet-I am positive they would love playing together!

Lara-Did I miss a puppy pic? Is it on your facebook page? I gotta go look!

Sarah-You really must be sick if you aren't on here updating us!!! We hope you start feeling better soon!

Jenny-That trip sounds like a lot of fun!! If only you'd be up there in Sept or Oct:) Maybe one of these years we'll end up being there at the same time! lol.

Janet - I talk to Donna via emails, and that's the best way to get in touch w/ her.  Naomi will start school this fall.  WAHHH!  My baby is growing up.  Yeah, the 3 wk long trip is going to be crazy, we'll get back just before Dh's birthday.  I think it will be fun - there is a ton of stuff I want to cram in during those 2 wks I am in SL.  But I decided that if I am going to pay $1000 bucks for plane tickets I am going to make the most of my trip.  While we are gone Dh is going to gut the basement and drylock it, and replace the outlets so they are 3 prong instead of 2. He talks about hanging the drywall, but we'll see how far he gets.  

Lara - saw the puppy - too cute.  Are you guys still sane from all this?  wish you well. 

Sarah - hope you are feeling better. 

Sara - cute pics of Jamie - and such a big girl all potty trained *sigh* I hope we get through this soon.

Hey Girls~

  It really is great to see everyone chatting again!  I def miss those "old days!"  Thanks for all the recommendations about books and Potty Training.  Kade is doing pretty well.  When we are home I put him in underwear and he has only had a few accidents.  He is also getting better at holding it and telling me he needs to go.  I am very hopeful!  I think when Spring Break hits, we will go completely cold turkey seeing as he won't need to go to school or anywhere else...so hopefully by the end of that week he can be mostly trained.  Pooping might take more time though since he struggles with constipation issues and it hurts him to go.

I have gotten up early the past 3 days and have started my day with me time before the kiddos get up.  It has been hard, but worth it.  I definitely want to continue this in the future! 

Lara~Your puppy is so cute!  I can't wait to see more pics.  How's the potty training going with him?  How are things with the house going?  Are you getting excited?  Scared?  Have you started packing yet?

Sara~I'm glad you are around again.  I missed you when you were away.  That's great that Jamie is potty trained already.  We are totally behind in this area, but Kade has not seemed ready yet.  So what's new in your neck of the woods?

Caleena~I agree 100% with your assessment of Twilight.  I  was not impressed with the 2nd book.  I really liked the series over all though.  I will definitely have to check out the Memoirs of Geisha.  That's crazy about the Sea World tickets.  I don't blame you for being frustrated.  We will have to look into getting passes.  I would love to meet up with you and your fam.  The kids would probably have a blast together!

Jenny~You should totally convince Donna to get on here.  Do y'all email or chat?  What is a good way to contact her?  That will be crazy for you to be gone for a month, but I know you will enjoy it.  Does Naomi start school next year?  I can't remember!

So that's dumb - for some reason I am not getting notices there are new posts here.  I was beginning to think everyone dropped off the planet.  I just came here to post, because I hadn't for a while. 

Potty training is going to be a long struggle for us.  I put Sariah in panties, and ask her through out the morning to sit on the potty.  Nothing all morning, then she'll ask for a diaper.  UGH!  With Naomi we were dead broke when I potty trained her so I sucked it up and cleaned her poopy accidents.  It lasted a long time - like 4 or 5 months before I could get her poop trained.  Then it too a couple more months after that for her to be dry at night.  

Things are going pretty good.  Loving the house, and I can't wait to get our tax return back so we can start decorating.  If you've checked out my blog I've made curtains for Naomi's room.  I may be nuts, but I can't wait to paint.  

We are also going to be gone for almost the entire month of March.  The girls and I are going to AZ to visit my MIL for a week and then we'll be in Salt Lake for 2 weeks.  It will be the last time we'll be able to do be gone this long, because we sure won't be able to when Naomi starts school.  The schools around here start to get nasty if you have more then 5 unexcused absences.  It may be the last time we are in AZ, it's too hot to travel in the summer and too expensive over Christmas.  

Janet - I am trying to talk Donna into signing on facebook under an assumed name,and new email address she's going to think about it.  Haven't done much reading, so I can't think of anything.

Sara-Wow! Size 6? That's so crazy to think you're shopping in the big girls' section! Hehe, I though Rozz had some junk in the trunk:) I liked the Twilight series overall. I would definitely just rent them from the library though, and not spend the money to buy them. I think the last two are only out in hardcover anyway right now, so that's like $40 right there.

caleena ~ i actually got jamie 4's but they got too small after the wash so a 6 fits her pretty good.  we had to go to the big girl section though, but they are cheaper there too! lol  i was thinking of reading the twilight books but i dont know yet.

i love any  book by steve hamilton, he's pretty good, there suspensfull!

Janet- I'm with the other girls, cold turkey seems to be working pretty well for us. Did you try it a little over the weekend? Oh yeah, I wanted to tell you that I heard on the radio a 1 day pass to Sea World can be used all year. So it's essentially a season pass for the same price as a 1 day. I feel cheated 'cause we bought ours last year for full price:) As for a book, absolutely "Memoirs of a Geisha". I read TONS of books (at least 2 a week) and that is by far one of my favorites. I've also read all of the Twilight series and while the first one is awesome, the second is a waste of time to read in my opinion. The third is better than the second and the forth is actually really good. I think if you and your club read the first, you'd want to continue with the series and that would kind of limit you for the next four months or so, kwim?

Lara-Thanks for the advice. I'm nervous about the night time training though. Rozz wears pull-ups and there's always a lot of pee in it in the morning. Two weeks has got to be a record! I'm really impressed!

Sara-I haven't even looked on BBC in forever. I just couldn't get over the heartache of the big changes:P I am glad to have found you all again though, I missed this! Great job on getting Miss Jamie potty trained. What size undies is she in? I had to buy size 4 'cause the 2/3T were too small and would give her little wedgies, lol. She's got her daddy's bubble booty!

hey girls! our valentines day was ok, jamie was mine!  oh and she's fully potty trained now.  she has an accident at night every once in a great while but she's doing super good!  i seen lara's post to caleena, i threw away a ton of #2 accidents in the process, like me too it depended on the day if i wanted to clean them but she's doing good and i hope rozz is doing well too.  i'm so excited were on here now, nobody's on bbc anymore it seems.  cant wait to keep up with yall again!

Hey girls! I had a good Valentines. I got a new puppy! I posted about him on my blog if ya'll want to see pictures. His name is cooper and he's a shih tzu. He's so cute!!!



Caleena: I did throw away a lot of underwear when she had #2 accidents. It really depended on how my day was going. I don't know if I told you this or not but with both of my girls, I totally took away diapers and pull ups and went cold turkey. They both trained night and day, poop and pee, within about 2 weeks and rarely had accidents after that. You just have to know that you will be going through TONS of pants/panties for about a week or so...then after that, the accidents will start to fade away.



Janet: I guess I would read Marley and Me or Twilight. I've heard great things about both books. I read a book not too long ago named "The five people you meet in Heaven" or something like that, it was REALLY good. I think you'd like it.
