We are new to the swimming community. My daughter, Natalie is 10 and I, probably like most in this group, belive my child only came out of the womb so that she could swim in a BIGGER pool! My issue is that she has extremely thick hair and between 2 different swim clubs and the pool in our backyard, her hair is constantly in chlorine and feels much like a bale of hay at this point! I know there are several products out there that can help but can I get any testimonials as to those that work? Thanks a bunch all!

Alka Seltzer, mixed with water in a spritz bottle for your hair and swim suits before diving in. :)
It was an old swim team trick of ours.
After swimming, baking soda and water mixed together before regular conditioning treament.

This combination neutralizes the effects of the chlorine and really cleans. ;)

well my daughter hannah who is on theswim team always puts conditioner in her hair before she gets in the pool. It seems to protect her hair and leaves it very silky.. good luck
