18 trying to decide whether or not to have baby #2

Just joined this site n really all I'm wondering is if I should have a second child? I'm only 18 n had my first baby a month before i turned 17 so my daughter is 20 months now n im noticing her wanting someone to play with also i dont want her to be like me and my sister n fight constantly due to the age gap. Awhile back i wasnt even considering it because I'm just now graduating high school this may n then goin to start college for about 6 yrs n i thought i should finish school first but now im havin a hard time since i had my baby soo young whether or not to give her a brother or sister.. Please help!!

@ Ashley thanks for the advice, I think I will wait. But do you know what kinds of activities I could get her n at her age?? Shes freaks out wen I leave her at the daycare at my gym because her normal babysitter is her aunt, but I no she needs to get used to being around people other than family.

@ Jasmine the only problem is I'd love to be a stay at home mom but my bf dropped out of high school b4 I met him, he has a job but not one that can support all our wants and needs, so I have to be the one to go to college n bring home the bacan lol thats y its hard to decide because I no its harder to get through college with one kid let alone to but thanks so much for the advice in I hope you get your baby girl!!

Sometimes the age gap is a really good thing after 5 years the older child will play little mommy lol. and then you will be done school it is a lot harder with 2 then one and you can put the one you have now in lots of activities to play with other children. and you never know in 6 years you may feel like you want a couple more closer together you will still be young.

I think if you are in a good relationship, and you both want a second child, and are stable enough to have one go right a head. I am 21 and i have 3 kids, i wanted them all close together so we talked and decided it was the right time to try agian. my oldest is 20 months(was 16months when they arrived) and then i have twin boys 3 months! I am a stay at home mom and thats what i plan on being tell they are all in school. we had also talked and whent he twins are around 2 we are going to start trying again for another baby(hoping for a girl) so its all between you and your partner!
