Reactions from parents and other family members? What about friends?

I was 16 when I found out I was pregnant a year ago. My friends were really supportive, my mom was too. Actually, most of my family was. My dad and stepmom on the other hand told me to "explore ALL my options, blah blah blah..." They also said that getting pregnant as a teenager isn't what "good Christian girls do." I had to point out to them that (not that it's a viable excuse) but Mary was a teenager AND not married when she was pregnant with Jesus. They have since apologized for everything and we were all happily able to welcome my little Isabella Elizabeth into the world on September 8, 2009, three weeks into my Senior year of high school! And I love her to death!

I am 17 and am due to have my daughter May 14th 2012. I have been raised a Christian my entire life, so it was a bit of a surprise when I told my family that I was pregnant. After about a week they got use to the idea and have been extremely supportive, thank God. But the people at my church weren't happy about it at all. Instead they told my mom that she could no longer teach at the church and everyone pretty much avoided me...It was hard and still is. I recently got a mentor that goes to my church who is also pregnant and she doesnt judge me like the rest of the church has. She has really been a blessing to my life because I was pushing myself away from God, but she is a wonderful, I love her to death..God knew what I needed before I completly pushed him out of my life

I had just turned 18 when I found out I was pregnant. My friends were kind of in shock because everyone thought I was a "good girl". My parents were very supportive and so was my boyfriend (now husband! :D ) His parents were really supportive too, but his mom at first hinted a little about abortion which made me pretty upset. Luckily I was due over Christmas break so I had one semester of college, then had my baby girl, Kamber and now I am taking a few online classes while staying home with her this semester. Unfortunately a lot of my friends were guys, so they don't really talk to me anymore since I am married... they all still talk to me on facebook though, but the few girl friends I have are away at college so none of my friends are even around... I was very lucky that everyone was so supportive of me though.
