CONGRATS!!! I'm 19 with an 8 month old daughter, Adelaide. Being a mom is so awesome and rewarding as I'm sure you have already figured out. And I agree with Tina! I had 20 minutes a day that I would take baby Addy out of the house and just go walk around. Fresh air and a change of scenery works wonders! Another side note, eating healthy helped me a lot too. Not so much about knocking off the baby weight but it makes you feel so good and gives you great energy!

I'm yet another mommy that you can connect with if you'd like :)

Hey Kenzia!
E-mail me or message me on here if you ever need any advice or just want to talk.
I'm 18 (19 in December) and I have a 14 month old son :)

I'd tell you to add me on FB so we can chat but my name is wayyy too common.
Looking forward to talking to you

My number one advice trust your instincts. If you're ever worried about anything concerning you're baby even if people say don't worry or it's nothing trust your gut. Your his mummy. Number 2 make time for you. Even if that's sticking bubs in the pram and going for a walk or something. :)
