did you find out your baby's gender or have a surprise?

i found out with my first born, they told me a boy and my son was born, i found out with my second, again they told me a boy and a daughter is what i was blessed with =0) so with my 3rd i left it til i had baby and am proud to say i have another beautiful daughter

I found out all 3 times. I needed to no . I like knowing so i can plan their room, clothes.and etc.

Im glad I found out the sex of my son. This way we were prepared when he came.

With my daughter we found out. I had to know because I wanted to either buy everything really cute for a girl or everything really cute for a boy. With my son I wasnt suppost to find out but I couldnt help myself once again I had to know. I kept it a secret until I was about 8 months when I let it slip to my bf that I knew. He ended up caving and asking what we were having.

i found out with all 3 of my children and i wouldn't have it any other way mainly b/c i hate surprises and then if we happen to have more i will find out with that baby as well

I found out with my son :-) I wanted to know don't think I could have waited. Mainly bcause of the clothing. But I think it would be awesome to have a surprise!!! I really want a girl next though so I think I would wanna find out!!

We found out before hand. As soon as I got pregnant I was sure it was a girl and I didn't want to wait 9 months to see if I was right. Turns out I was right. We have a beautiful little girl. I don't like suprises all that much. I wanted to know what to buy. A trend I don't understand though is people who find out and then name their baby right away and tell everyone. It seems weird to me. We didn't name our daughter until she was born. I wanted to see her before I named her. I really want to have a boy next. I'm sure if we'll find out before hand or if we'll wait and see. I'm not even sure if we'll be able to find out. Where I live they've changed the laws so that an ultrasound tech isn't allowed to tell you the sex. Only a doctor is allowed to tell you.

I knew with both of mine, I like knowing, plus then instead of having to think of a name for a boy or a girl, you just have one. Plus, I think it is easier to find things for either a boy or a girl and not so much neutral. You know.
I want my next baby to be a surprise! I think it would be neat, but at the same time I think it would just be something else driving me nuts. Like being anxious to see what baby looks like, who baby takes after more, and then to have is it a boy or a girl on top of everything else... I don't know though. I'd like it to be a surprise.

i found out both my kids before i had them , i wanted to know just cause i wanted to do the shopping for my babies you get to get dresses if its girl and you know and pink things or blue things if its a boy , but it sounds really exciting though to have the baby a surpise , i think if your excited to find out the sex to find out but if your more excited for the surprise you should wait..

We definitely found out because we HAD to know. I wanted to buy gender specific clothing and i really wanted to hear that its a ____ moment. SADLY i was expecting boy and she was a GIRL, but still im glad i found out gender disappointment and all.

HOWEVER, if i get pregnant again my boyfriend WANTS to find out, but i am not too sure i want to know. simply because i DESPERATELY WANT THAT BOY and if its another girl i dont know if ill handle it so well. Jon wants to know because he cant stand surprises. ever.
