Hello all my name is Krystal and im 24 with a 7 month old baby girl name Genevieve. I think us women do a lot for our kids and give up a lot but also we have to give credit to out men also they may put the diaper on wrong or make a bottle wrong but im sure there is good daddy's out there. I know because i have one he makes bottles handles bath time and feedings and also baby night duty just so that mommy can have some time for her self....so ladies please tell me about all the help your men give...

my husband did pretty much nothing in the beginning but after 3 months he started helping out more. he now does at least 1 bigger thing a day, whether it's giving him his bath or watching him for an hour while i get stuff done. i still do much more than him but he does help

while i was pregnant my bf would give me back rubs, he never cooked before but while i was pregnant he cooked all the time to make sure i was eating good food and did all the cleaning, since my son has been born he has taken to fatherhood very well. he helps me out so much. he still cooks but i do the cleaning. he helps me out whenever i ask for it.

I am blessed with my fiancee. Although he helped alot with Abby when she was first born, once she had to change to formula, he would handle the night time feedings, has always had the bathtime duty and once a week he sits at home with her while I go out to do something I enjoy, be it go to a scrapbooking night at the local sb shop, or head out to the movies with some friends. And now that I am pregnant again, he rubs my back and my feet, he runs my baths and makes me tea in the mornings. He does all the washing and its not a rarity to fond him vacuuming when he's home. Because he does all this I dont mind at all being the one who wakes up in the morning with Abby, and who makes dinner and bulk of the cleaning. He's also a firefighter so alot of the time when he gets home he is completely exhausted and yet, he'll always make sure that I dont need anythng before he sits down.
He is an AWESOME DADDY AND FANTASTIC FIANCEE!

well my bf lives with me at my parents and although I usually have to make him do stuff he is really good with our son hayden. They are so cute playing together and he does take sole care of him 2nights a week when I have class so I guess that counts for something too!!

My boyfriend of a little more than a year now is a great dad! He works to support us and watches our daughter so i can cook or clean or just relax! He changes diapers, makes bottles, and he loves to play with her! and today he learned how to take her a bath! I love him alot and am lucky to have him..

i don't live with my partner and sometimes i don't see him everyday because of him being an awkward un-baby friendly shift at work .. but when he does see me and our almost 15month old son he's an amazing father .. he changes nappys, he made bottles in the past,he baths our son .. we usually do this together but halfway through i leave them too it because i like them having a father-son bonding time.
he also has him for the night every now and then when he can.
we both work at the same place but i only work twice a week.

Agreed. Travis has a great dad as well. When we were together, he spoiled me and constantly got up with him at night and played with him while I slept a bit longer. Unfortunately, he was a better father than boyfriend.

My little girl adores her daddy. He is soo helpful with her. Right now they are cuddled up watching a bedtime movie. He is sooo supportive of our daughter and me. I couldn't have asked for a better man from conception to now.
YAY FOR THE GOOD DADDIES!!!

I LOVE MY FELLA! He works and attends class so that I can stay home and just take care of our growing baby and also attend class. He also takes over at night so that I can sleep. Taking care of a teething 3 month old IS a full time job! But it is a job that I would never resign from! I love my fiance for everything that he does for us and for all of the help and love that he continuously offers!

My husband puts my 2 and 3 year old girls to bed at night time because by then I'm just done for the day and its usually a fiasco getting them into bed (and to actually stay there!) He'll cook supper for me too when I'm having a stressful day and he lets me sleep in on Sundays!!

I totally agree with that. I am only 5 months pregnant with my first but the dad is trying really hard lately to help out. He gives me back rubs and massages all the time and gets things for me so I don't have to get up and do it myself. We work together so if something comes up or I am really not feeling good, he takes my shifts all the time no matter what. He is doing the best he can for both me and the baby. He spoils me to no end. It really is great to be able to relax and know he is looking out for both of us.
