Not a mother just yet, but will be one anyday now! Expecting a little boy sometime before the 14th!That being said...

Im Brittany! I just turned 20 a month ago, and sometimes i feel like im losing my mind! I don't have anyone where i live, and I found out fast that your "high school friends" don't stick around very long once stuff gets real! I don't even work around people :/ haha being a nanny has its benifits but im starting to feel socially deprived. I have my boyfriend and all but as im sure most of you know men can be children too! and as much as i love him a girl needs other olive branchs to swing from sometimes!

Hoping this site can be the outlit this small town lacks :)

I am almost 30 and I am expecting my fifth child. I have been a stay-at-home mom for almost 11 yrs. I was 18 when I got pregnant with my first. Lukily for me the father of all my babies has always been mature for his age. I met him when I was 17 and he was 26 in college. My bff didnt stick around, but he did and we have been together for almost 12 yrs. We r married and so happy to welcome a new life. I am expecing a baby boy in July! I have 3 other boys and a princess! Sometimes I feel like a crazed squirrel, but my hubby and children keep me sane! I am here if u need a friend.

I know your pain. Seriously. I'm in Ohio where the only people I can talk to are boyfriend's family, & that's not something I want to do much. His mamaw is pretty nifty, though.

He works 4 days a week & I'm stuck here 24/7 except for appointments. I try to make a lot. It's so boring being here all day. On his days off all he does is play xbox while I run around doing laundry. I hate apartments.

Congrats on the baby. :) Motherhood will be a change of pace, but the same 4 walls will be there, unfortunately.

Hey Brittany! Hope you are doing well! I know it can be hard being a young mother. i was only able to keep a few friends through my pregnancy and most of those friends lived far away. I hope we can all be of help to you :)

I think the end is always the hardest. You are least mobile and most nervous. It's harder to get out and do things, but it is the best way to keep your mind off of it. I walked our local zoo and river walk with both of our boys just for the fresh air.

They have been a handful since they got the hang of rolling over, and I don't think they will stop any time soon. The age difference is good for us though--the older one is at the age now where he understands what it means to be a big brother a little better. :)
