I was breast feeding, eating very healthy and working out about six days a week. I'm below my pre-pregnancy weight and my body fat count has dropped significantly. The personal trainer director at my gym watched me train and asked me if I could work for her as a trainer, so I did. Fitness and nutrition became such a passion of mine, I switched my major to Nutrition. If you or anybody out there needs any fitness or nutritional advice I'd be more than happy to answer any questions.

Breastfeeding is the BEST!!! After my son i was in my size 0 after a month and about a month after that i was in 00!!! I was VERY under weight after i had him so when i stoped nursing i finally got to a healthy size 2. After i had my daughter i could fit my jeans a week later!!! Nursing also helps shrink your uterus back right after you have the baby!!!

didn't really have much to loose =]
it seemed to go straight after having him ... though i've got a bit of bump .. it's not really noticely .. never been majorly flat or fat .. just normal really.
breastfed for the first 10days though and take him out for walks in the pram sometimes ...

I was one of the lucky people. I lost it all instantly.. Yeah I had a bit of a flabby stomach right after i gave birth but that was because of my uterus which went back to normal after a couple days and so did I =D

I only gained 13 lbs with my son because I had morning sickness the entire time.. after my pregnancy not eating for 9 months shrank my stomach so only I bite of something (literally) filled me up. I lost 10 pounds in delivery.. and my baby was perfectly healthy. And the first week after I had lost 6 more pounds.. putting me below my before pregnancy weight. I have friends and family though that did the normal thing and everyone says breast feeding helps you lose weight and they also say pregnancy weight tends to fall off naturally if you go back to a normal diet. A pregnant woman usually stretches their stomach from eating so much while pregnant and it remains that way after pregnancy.. Go on a strict diet for about to weeks to shrink your stomach to a more normal size then continue eating as normal, non pregnant, woman would.
