I had my daughter and my body actually looks better than it did before her (weight wise) after she was born about two weeks later I had a flat stomach and everything but now i'm five or six pounds lighter than her. The best thing for me was the breast feeding, that helped my body 150%. The only bad thing was I lost a cup size on my boobs and they weren't large in the first place, ahaha

If your not a big water drinker, try crystal light ( but it sends you tinkling a whole lot! Eat more veggies than fruit, if you hate garlic, cut a few and put it in your food and eat less bread, no pops, all natural fruit juices, more chicken than beef or pork, I have a walk away the pounds tape that helps- turn a fan on and turn the air off to help you sweat more, burn more calories then you eat and don't eat after 7 unless its a small fruit or veggie bowl, so your body can burn those calories while you sleep!

my son's 18 months and i'm still struggling with my baby weight. i will admit i didn't immediately work out after i had my son, and have steadily gained for about a year after wards, but one thing i've noticed since i've started losing the weight.. its much better to get active with your baby. take her swimming, take a walk through the park or around your neighborhood. any sort of exercise with your child should have great benefits for you as well. and if you can have your partner or a family member watch over your child while you go for a jog, it's good, you know? anyway, hope something works out for you. :)

i would suggest (n some ppl prolly already did) breast feeding if u started(otherwise its kinda late), walking whenever possible(stairs or otherwise), playing any old sports or the wii if u have one, or just doing the things u did b4 u were pregnant for exercise.
my son is 2 1/2 months n i lost all of my baby weight bt i was very muscular and fit b4 the pregnancy and didnt get dat big. so everyone's situation is different bcuz everyone's bodies r different

my daughter is almost 11 months old and i weight more now than i did when i was pregnant...i lost 30 pounds when i got pregnant though...its hard trying to lose baby weight...i have a sit down job and dont do a lot of walking during the day. my exercise is walking up to my 3rd floor apartment and chasing my daughter around..i work a lot and dont have much time for more exercising but im happy with the exercise that i do get...like someone else mentioned, get on the floor and play with your baby and that might help.

Please don't forget you already have a built in set of weights to work with~ Your baby! As your child grows you can exercise with him/her and the amount of weight you lift will automatically increase reducing the need to buy equipment. Thats what I did and it helped me lose the weight and I spend much needed bonding time with my baby. Laying on the floor and lifting your baby, putting your baby on the floor in front of you while doing sit ups ( while playing peek a boo) and then later on allowing your child to sit on your back while you do pushups helps a lot. I hope this helps you :-)

yeah just it just takes time, just make sure you how you eat don't eat to much fast food, if you don't like exercising that much try at least walking like around the block or so every little bit helps. i try doing is i make sure once it hit 9 pm that i don't eat anymore and if i decide to eat i'll eat a fruit cause your body needs at least 4 hours to digest food

it took me 18 months with my first. just keep eating healthy and excersise when u can :) it took your baby 9 months to grow and change your body, so it's not always quick to get the body back!! Some ppl are lucky, everyone's diff, but having a healthy lifestyle will be the best thing u can do :)
