I had 2 hours of extremely intense active labour. I had slight back pains the day before but nothing debilitating (or even really noticable to me), then my water broke at 4:17am when I rolled over in bed and the contractions started a couple minutes later. My son was born at 6:22am.

i had to be induced, i was very overdue and having braxton hicks contractions every 5 mins for weeks. i went into labour after a few hors of the PIT drip, and had her after 6 1/2 hours. only 13 minutes of pushing, not bad for a first baby that weighed 8lbs 5 1/4oz!

I was Induced but from when i was dilated to when i pushed him out it was 30 hours, 59 minutes pushing.. My gosh felt like a life time.. He just didn't wanna come out.
When he was out i thought that was the end until i started haemridging and he had to be resusitated.. That was the worst thing ive ever seen and then to top it i was too waek due to blood loss to hold him.. :'(

All of mine were natural, last one a home birth (on purpose), big babies and my labors from beginning to end were 4.5 to 5 hours long. I don't mess around. Of course this was 26, 22, and 18 years ago but who's counting. Yes, I was 19, 23 and almost 27 when I had them. And yes, I've been married to their father, for 26 years.
