I put a pillow under my belly and between my legs as I slept. It helped me alot!!! Good luck!

I went through the same thing, I tried an extra pillow under my bump and also talked to the nuses at one of my antenatle appointments about it and she gave me a belly and hip supporter, it's just a thick bit of elastic kind of material that you wear down over your hips, all the time, it helped a little but I was still in some pain. But I just wanted to warn you not to expect it to go away as soon as you have your bub, my pain lasted for about a month afterwards, but I thought as soon as the baby was out it would go back to normal so it seemed a lot longer than a month, even staying off your feet may not help I'm sorry I don't have much advise I just wanted to let you know what to expect, but it is normal lots of women have the same problem all I can say is not long now and bub will be here and it will be all worth it, Good Luck Honey.

I used to get charlie horses, really bad. I know that for that, and for the pain you're talking about, drinking a glass of milk before you go to bed can help too.

i couldn't afford a pregnancy pillow when i was pregnant so i used to just tuck the duvet under my bump worked a treat (till you need to roll over) by that time you are more or less asleep.

Have you tried getting one of those pregnancy pillows when you sleep. They really helped me a lot by taking some of the pressure off of my hips :)

its just the mucles and ligaments streching and softening to prepare you for the birth.. the pain will go away after a couple of weeks after bubs is born.. just try to get out of the car with your legs together instead of one leg at a time. and try having a warm bath before you go to bed.. it worked for me
