my babies dad does not pay support and has only seen my 7 month old daughter twice, does his mom have any right to threaten to take my baby away? she does not see much of my daughter either and l am 17 any advice?

hell no that women cant do that shit im going though the same thing im 22 years old and my boyfriend's mom i cant stand her!!!! she told one of her friends that she was ganna get my boyfriend to take my son from me so i cruse her out and told her she wasnt ganna get my baby she claim she dont want him but i know she do the way she be looking and Talking about me dont worry she has nothing on you so what she do and think dont matter shes the gmom but thats dont mean nothing

As long as you are living in a stable household and you are providing for all your childs needs then no she can not take your baby away the only one who can try to do so is her father and doesn't sound like it is him who is doing this. A judge will not take a child away from their primary parent unless they are unfit and it takes a lot to be proven unfit. Love your baby support your baby and keep her healthy, and you should not have any issues.
