my little man is teething... any suggestions on calming him at night?

my baby boy is teething at 3 months, and we were up all night last night! i use bonjela and baby panadol, but im still trying to incourage our usual sleep pattern and dont want to use cold stuff on his gums. any suggestions? xox

wash your hands cut ur fingernails put warm milk or water on ur finger and massage his gums.... or u can buy teething pacifiers that he could chew on instead of trying to grasp
