Need Help With losing baby weight and need friends

I have a 1 year old daughter and I started to lose weight from breast feeding but then when I stopped I gained all the weight back. Through stress and hard times I have gained more weight and need help getting motivated. I was wondering if any of you have had the same problem and wuld like to help me. I need some friends! I have been really depressed because I have relly no one! My daughter is my everything and always will be. Someone help PLEASE!!!!!!!

Im a young mum of 20 befoRe my beautiful girl I was confident and outgoing then I weighed only 52 kg now at my heaviest of 95 kg I'm constantly unhappy I have tried the American insanity challenge but it was to much for me I think I just. Need a good kick in the but to lose this dreaded weight as it is literally weighing me down and draining my energy :( help!

i have a gym membership but dont get to go as much as i would like. but lately i've been taking my 19 month old son for 10-15 walks every day after nap, and also after dinner. i've lost 20 pounds in about a month. i got another 30 to go till my before prego weight.

Lots of walking! You may also want to try palates?! It worked for me. Took me 6 months to lose all the weight I gained in pregnancy =) Good luck

hi im Allison. i have the same problem. i just had my second child and they were only 15 months apart so my son was 6 months when i fell pregnant again and i have no time to do anything for myself. i am breastfeeding and finding it so hard to lose the weight. my sister is getting married in 6 weeks and i am maid of honour and both my sisters are really skinny and it makes me so upset that they are skinny and i am not. i have always had problems with my weight and have been trying to eat healthier but wen i get upset i comfort eat. we can be each others motivation if you like. im facebook allison thornton. msg me if you would like to talk at all. i dont have many friends either. i am from australia.

I have been trying to eat healthier things and try to do more things with my daughter. I go to school all day long and then when I get home I have cleaning to do along with hw and its just hard period. Thank you all for your comments and suggestions on what I should do. Where are most of you from? I am in Northern California.

i also need to know how to lose weight! i am a stay at home mom, with no family for friends in the area, so i NEVER have time away from home. i don't have the money to get a babysitter so i never have any free time, and when my daughter sleeps is the only time i get a break and that's when i usually relax, so i need something that doesn't take a lot of time or have to go anywhere, i would love to know if anyone else is in the same situation and had anything work for them! thank you!!

I am getting so frustrated too! My mom has lost weight and wont leave me alone about mine! I know i have a few extra pounds and I am not perfect my mom and I have just always have had issues and right after my daughter was born my grandma who was my best friend and was the closest person to me died and it was very hard for me to get over and I am still not over it. ok diets dont work what worked for me is weight watchers u can do it online or go to the meetings what i did was i went to the first meeting got all the books and stuff i needed to count points then never went back and did it myself the first week or 2 u will be kinda hungry but u can eat as many veggies as u want they are 0 points oh and also what helps me is walking im right now walking for 30 mins in the morning or evening u just have to have the drive i have recently just moved to GA and also have no friends i hang with a couple of the moms in the nieghborhood they are cool it helps that my daughter is in kindergarten so i hang with my daughters friends moms lol but it helps to get in some kind of mom group check online

I'LL BE UR FRIEND!!!!! :)...but i cant help with losing the weight cuz i cant lose mine either lol ...i dont have the time or energy to lose the weight since i work full time and always have drs appts to take my daughter to...so im learning to be happy with the way i look :)

Im a stay at home mom. I dont have the money to go to the gym. It is tempting to snack all day since I'm home and bored. I just recently started a "walk off the pounds" video. I do it every morning. you can walk 2 miles in 20 minutes. its not just straight walking either. It may sound silly but I've been doing it for 2 weeks and have dropped 3 pounds. Its easy to do while my daughter is napping and so far, it works.

I lost 20 pounds after my son was born and after i stopped breastfeeding him i gained 35 pounds and my son is 2 and i still havent lost th weight..i have been working at the gym 3 times a week and still nothing so i gave up and now i am losing weight so it all depends on ur body

I do not have the money to join a gym right now and I am trying to get a volunteer ob at the gym so I can work out for free! I go to school full time and I am a single mom living on my own. Thank you for yur tips I will take them into consideration!

Hi, Cierra, I'm Adrian, and there is something amazing that my parents taught me. If you work out for at least 8 minutes every morning, it will kick start your metabolism and you will loose weight. I never had the problem of post-partum weight, but that's partly because my daughter was 5'11'' when she was born at full term. And it doesn't even have to be a hard workout, just sit ups and push ups, even jump-rope. just a small workout that gets you a little tired, but not to the point where you won't survive your day
