try salt and vinegar chips.. they work a treat.. the doctor gave me mrning sickness prevention pills and they didnt work.. so my ex-mother in law told me to try them, and worked wonders.. eat them before you get out of bed, and before eating any cereal/coffee/tea/toast in the morning.. goodluck.. xx oo

I had severe morning sicknes with my first I could not have any meat or any thing that had been cooked in oil. so I stuck to raw food made me feel so much better and healthier. I have also been told that having dry biscuits when u wake in the morning is suppose to help. Good Luck.

I had morning sickness every day for the first 4 months, it subsided a bit between the 5th and 6th month and it came back. nothing worked, not even vitamins or nauseous pills the doctor gave me. but you can always ask your doctor to prescribe some

Take vitamin b6 is helps with that stuff. If it is so bad that you cant eat or drink you may have hyperemesis. I am pregnant with my second child and have it, well I am just starting to get over it. I was very dehydrated and hadn't eaten for several days. I couldn't function, i was stuck on the couch with a bucket by my head. I ended up in the hospital. The doctors gave me odansatron odt or something like that. That stuff is amazing but super expensive if you don't have insurance. good luck!

try eating crackers before you go to bed, and when you wake up before you get out of bed.. so take some crackers to bed with you and before you even step out of bed eat them and lay there for a little bit... also try carrying crackers with you through the day and when your stomach starts to get upset and feel like your going to get sick try eatin them but dont eat it to fast..
this helped my mom when she was pregnant with us kids.. it helped me a little but the first time i tried it it didnt help..
but i have to agree with rachael if nothing helps try talking to your doctor about it

i got it every second of the day couldnt eat sleep drinkk nothing it was horrible the dctors perscribed my ondanstron or something (hard to spell) and it stopped me from throwing up my daughter is now almost three months old and doing great. the medication in no way effects ur baby while ur pregnant i made sure of it!! it actually helped us cuz she was able to get all the nutrition she needed and then some :) i only had to take it till i was 5 months then the throwing up stopped thats when it usually does for most women... sometimes it doesnt start until then.
i had morning sickness so bad i was only drinking water and ginger ale and having nothing to eat and started throwing that up too. i lost 28 lbs in a little over a month. i went on diclectin and that was the only thing that helped. i tried ginger ale and crackers and ginger and small meals but nothing worked. talk to your doctor if nothing is working
