Hey, my name is Samiya, (Sa-me-ya). I'm 16 with a 3 month old daughter. I got pregnant when I was 15, and my boyfriend and I have been raising our daughter COMPLETELY on our own. I love my daughter SO MUCH, and I wouldn't trade her for the world!!! To be honest, I was actually kind of happy when I found out I pregnant. :) And I've been happy ever since, besides the stretch marks, dirty looks and rude comments. I would just like to say that I am proud of all you teen/young moms who DO take care of your babies, and support them, financially and/or emotionally. Even if I don't know you. If you're a good mom and love your baby then you shouldn't have to worry about being judged by others, young and old. Obviously it happened for a reason, good or bad. Either to help you or teach you a lesson in life. ALWAYS BE PROUD OF WHAT YOU WERE GIVEN, AND NEVER LET THOSE AROUND YOU BRING YOU DOWN!!! :) We ALL came from a young mother at one point in our families histories...

P.S.- For those who do not like this post, please do not comment because we don't need you're negativity. And this is also not for you to tell us how wrong, young, or maybe even immature we are. As mothers to mothers, we should all support each other, not talk bad about each other. That just proves how immature people really are when they start talking bad about other people. And I also DID NOT say it was ok to plan pregnancy so young, so don't write any crap about that on here either!!!!

I am 18 andmy daughter is almost 10 weekz old. She wasnt due til August 4th but i had high blood pressure and i got preeclampsia so i had to be induced and i had her on June 30th and itz been really hard cuz her daddy stopped coming around as often after i got pregnant. He comez by every weekend and givez me about 50 buckz and stayz for like an hour and alwayz strtz fightz with me now. As hard as itz been and as sick as i was when i was pregnant (still got high blood pressure) I wouldnt trade her for the world. I almost died for my baby and i would do it again in a heartbeat. I love being a teen mommy. I wouldnt trade it for anything.

I do agree that moms get judged very harshly, congrats on your baby I am 24 and have 4 children, my oldest is almost 5. People look at us all the time- oh well though- I would rather have them young then old! Keep going to school-education is important as well, online college is a good option for mothers

I'm izabella I'm 18 with six month twins! I'm doing this alone the father wants nothing to do with us. But my apartment buddy (sharing apartment with us) is such a big help I'm working and doing my best to give them the safest and best life I can provide. I'm open to pointers!

Being a young mom means that we met a little early, but it also, means I get to love you a little longer. Some people said that my life ended when I had a baby but my life had just began. You didn't take away from my future, you gave me a new one. Repost if you are a proud mother.♥

i just wanna say that teen moms are very strong women. i got pregnant at 14 with my first son and had him 2 days after my 15 bday and i gave him up for open adoption i see him eevery other weekend and he knows that i am his biological mom. he is fixin to turn 7 and givin him up for adoption was tha best thing i could of done cuz when i got pregant my parents kicked me out and i was pretty much livin in shelters or on tha street and tha babys dad was a major drug addict. i have a 5 month old daughter and im 17 wks preggo with a lil boy now and i go to college and i have a great job and me and my boyfriend have been engaged for almost 3 yrs. god bless all of you and yall are strong women. keep your head up and dont let anybody bring u down.

Hey my name is iliana and I am a proud teen mom. I got pregnant with my daughter when I was 16 years old and I gave birth when I was 17. I got alot of dirty looks when I was pregnant but I didnt let it bother me. I still get those looks now when people see me with my daughter who's n

now 4months old. Im still ith my daughters father and couldnt be more happier.

Our daughter is our world and we live for her we want to give her the best life possible.

Im not going to lie its hard being teen parents but just because your young doesnt mean thatyou cant do it your child is your motivation and as long as you realize that and put your baby first and step up to your responsibility you are a good mother regardless your age!

I''m damn sure a proud mommy!!! I was 17 and in my senior year of high school. I was excited to be an honor student and get ready to go off to college the following year. My life changed the moment I found out I was pregnant though. It wasn't something I planned nor was it something that I thought would or could happen to me. I was kicked out of my mother's house, I had to leave school early and I didn't think my life could ever be better. I went into a deep depression and even considered abortion. Today, I have my own home, car and college degree. I am happily married and have amazing children. If you are a teen mom and would love to hear a story about teen pregnancy that is real and raw I wrote a book about it, "Feathers of a Phoenix" on amazon kindle now. It's my testimony from the biggest test of my life. xoxo. Hope it helps someone. I'm damn sure proud!!

I am also a proud teen mom, well I'm 22 now, but when I had my 1st child I was 17. When people judge me, and ask me why I just tell them that if I hadn't have had my daughter when I did, who knows where or what I'd be doing today... what I do know is that if I were still on the same road I was before I got pregnant, I definately wouldn't have a job, a house, a car... or any of the things I have today.... she gave me motivation to do something with my life... I wouldn't change a thing.

I am not a teen mum anymore but I was 16 when i found out I was pregnant and 17 when I had my eldest child. My son is now nearly 13 and I know all about the dirty looks and comments from people who really should know better. I wasn't a perfect parent back then but im still not a perfect parent 13 years on. I had my second child at 23 and it really was different and by my third at 26 I had people telling me how lovely my baby was and asking how I was. Really I could have done with that sort of kindness at 17 when it was my first child and everything was all new to me. Never feel ashamed and hold your head up high sometimes its hard but dont let people get you down they should walk a day in a teen mums shoes and see how they feel then.

I did it on my own meaning without her father when she was one and a half. Times were hard but worth it to wake up in the morning and see her smiling back. And just wait till she can talk. It is AMAZING when they turn around and randomly says "I love you mommy"! Keep up the good work. The bad comments will go away soon!
