I'm 19. 6 month old daughter. Baby daddy is out of the picture, completely. I'm trying to go to college. But if I take 1 class at a time it will take forever to finish. And 2 classes at a time involves me being away 4 days a week, for 5 hours each day. My mom can't watch her that much, just because she is my responsibility. I can't afford daycare, because I don't have a job and I can't get one, because I want to go to college for a lifetime career. I can't go to college, have a job, and raise my daughter. So I chose college & daughter of course. I need some help with my college schedules and what I can do with my daughter while I'm away. Help please. ♥

Ok there.. I just did this myself...

You are going to have to take online classes if you want to start school now.. it allows you to get strarted and you don't have to leave the baby..The online classes don't have a certain hour that you have to be active necessarily...just mainly dates that you have to turn in work or participate in online discussions..

And if you mother was willing to watch your daughter, you could work part time opposite of your moms schedule..so there would be no daycare bill.

But let me just say, that when you have a small baby. things take time without help.

College is a lifetime learning experience....MOST people don't finish in 4 years, especially if you are not ON CAMPUS going to school full time for 4 straight years.. so please leave this out of you head (extra stress) I remember I used to think the same thing until I went to school, a University ( I lived on campus) and a community college (I lived in my own apartment).

You can go to school when you can go, but you have to work when you have to work..

We parents have to line up our priorities when you have a child...

You will be fne.. just start where you can.. this is how you grow.....

If you see this, leave this form field blank.
