My sixteen year old daughter says she is anti social and does not like people. In the last year of so has started no liking to be touched also. Does not hang out with friends or even do facebook anymore. She is a great student and well behaved. Should I be concened. Have asked her if she would like to go talk to someone but she refuses. Should I make her go talk to a therapist?

Im only 22 so I dont know when it comes to raising teen girls. It could just be a phase shes going through. It could be a little more then that though. When I was 15 my mom made me go see a therapist. I didnt want to at first but I began to like it soon after. I liked being able to take to an adult without them judging me. He was a huge help when I found out I was pregnant with my son and when his father and I broke up. You could try to make her go. The whole not touching her thing kinda makes me worry. Not trying to get you all worked up. I could be a phase shes going through though. I would try talking to her about it. If she wont then I would make her go to a therapist. Good luck. Im not looking forward to the teen years with my step daughter. lol
