Are you still breast feeding? If not, when I was around your age (lol), I used to drink lots of green tea & do 25minutes of power walking uphill (or highest incline on the treadmill) everyday! It worked really well! I became skinnier! Don't forget to tone your body as well.
Now, me being 21, I find it harder for me to lose weight. Not sure if it is cause I am older or given birth lol! I am at my pre pregnancy weight atm but I am trying to trim down a lot. Good luck to you & I.
