when I was pregnant with my son and going to night high school.

I've always been and avid reader and like to self-help books too. I asked the couselor who was in charge of our night high school if she had any books on teenage pregnancy. She did and I took it home and started reading.

In the story a teenage girl finds her first love. He tells her how special she is they are able to find time to be alone and eventually end up having sex. They continue this relationship for about a month until she finds out she is pregnant. After that he won't have anything to do with her anymore and says the baby must belong to someone else.

Of course she is very sad and upset but she goes on to have a baby girl and when the baby is born she notices something interesting. The baby has a birthmark on one butt cheek that is exactly like her father's birthmark. It's even located in the same place as his.

One day when the baby is just under a year old the girl meets with the boy who got her pregnant. He still denies he is the father. Then the girl changes the baby's diaper and does it at such an angle that he is able to get a full view of the birth mark.

He sees it and instantly realizes it looks exactly like his own birth mark and so the child must be his!

This is when I threw the book across my bedroom. The next day I picked up the book from the floor near my bedroom wall and took it back to school.

That book was so far from reality it made me mad. I don't think the story could possibly have been true. It is funny to look back on though.

You do realize this wasn't a true story right?

Why do you feel like this story is not realistic?

Lol yeah the first part sounds like it could be because it happens often. It happened to a relative of mine. Ya never know. Though to some men it wouldn't matter how much a child was like him many quite often still deny they're the father.
