trying to deal with a miscarraige and having a 9month old

hi just seeing if anyone has been in this situation and knows any ways to handle this. i currently have a nine month old little girl and recently had a miscarraige about 4 or 5 weeks ago i was planning to keep it but had a scan and found that there was no heartbeat which was heart breaking for me but i have had a termination at 14 a miscarraige at 15 which i did not handle at all and had my lil girl the following year but this one just doesnt feel the same as the previous one im not sure if its because i actually have a daughter now and seems more real of there is actually a human inside you or what and it was hard trying to be happy and not cry around my daughter im still not properly over it how can i help deal with it ??

Hi Natasha,
I'm so sorry for what has happened to you, it is heartbreaking isnt it!
I'm Lisa and mummy to 7month old Mia and before having her I had several miscarrages which broke my heart as my partner and I were trying to start a family.
And when my daughter was 5 month old we had another miscarriage (not planned pregnancy) I found that alot easier to deal with then the first time I guess because we were not actually trying for a bub this time! I guess I can't be much help except a shoulder to cry on or vent to because I have been there and it is something you will never forget or simply get over it easily because it is such a devistating thing.!
