Wanted to know what age you had your baby?

I got pregnant when I was 16 gave birth two weeks after I turned 17. His father was 20. Yes I am still with his dad I am married to him he is my high school sweet heart. We have now been married for 15 years and together a total of 17 years. We also have a daughter who is 4. My son I had at 17 is now 15. I live in Florida. I am now 32 and still married to the man I have been with over half life. I have had my tubes tied and burned 2 kids is enough for us.

Hello, well I was 19yrs old when I had my first son and I was a Freshman in college. His dad was 20yrs and old. Actually we have two boys together. Because two years later I had my second son. Now my boys will will be turning 21 & 23 this year. Since then my family have grown and now I currently have three girls ages 4,13, and 15 years old.

I'm Robyn, I was 14 when I got pregnant and 15 when I had him. I quit HS after my freshman year, but got my GED at 16, and went to work. His Father and I did not stay together, but he does visit him regularly. He just turned 9. I moved out of my parents home at 17 while I was pregnant with my 2nd boy. His father and I did not stay together either, we chose to give him up for adoption at birth. I got married to a wonderful man at 21, but as of yet I have not had any more children.

hi paige, im julie and im 33 i live in newcastle upon tyne in england, i was 14 when pregnant with my 1st son his dad was also 14 at the time i stayed on at school til 4 weeks before givin birth and then went back when he was 3 months old til i left with c grade gcse's i did stay with his dad and got married after 7 years and then give birth to another boy again 9 months later aged 23 but things didnt work out and we divorced 2 years later but im now happily married again and gave birth to another boy in 2004 aged 28 and his dad was 27 and now hes off to full time school im studyin beauty therapy.

Hi, my name is Carol, I live in Pa and I was 15 when I found out I was pregnant. I had Devin at 16. His daddy was 16 and has never seen him. Devin is now 13 (going to be 14 in Oct.) I graduated highschool and got my cosmetology license. I was 19 when I had Freddy Jr and his daddy was 17, we married a year and a half later. I was almost 22 when I had the youngest Austin. My husband and I have been married for 9 years now. We are happy with our family. To all the girls going through this now ..... its not easy , it doesnt get easier the older they get. And everyones situation is different but I hope every one the best and just have faith.

I was 16 when i had my son Jayden, his daddy was 21. We broke up and i left him when Jayden was 6 months old cause he was an abusive man. I didnt finish school, but i plan to go and do it through TAFE next year. I live alone with my son, and i couldnt be happier that i had him. he turns 3 soon =]

I was pregnant with my first baby boy when I was 17,Had him when I was 18. And I eneded up dropping out of school cuz I had no way else to take care of him. I'm getting my GED online now. And the Dad was 20 and is still around. Now we have 2 boys and happily married and my husband is going through college soon and starting up his own buisness mowing yards in a few days. So we are happy to have had kids when we did cuz it got our butts into gear and we started thinking about a good future for our kids. This was a really nice poll.

First I just want to say:just because u are young doesn't mean u can't be a good mom/dad and I just want to say I'm so happy to see so many of us that step up to the plate instead of takin the easy way out.My name is Melissa and I'm now 27. I joined this because I want to let people know there is a light at the end of the tunnel.I got preg.at 16 and had her at 17,the father who was the same age and plannin to go to college on a baseball schlor. said "it" wasn't his.I finished school online and worked nites while my mom watched her. I went through alot of bad relationships cause either they ran when they found out I had a kid or they weren't mature enough for that kind of relationship(but who the heck is at 17) I couldn't blame them for wantin to go to parties all the time and not sit at home wit me cause I couldn't afford a sitter but I knew they weren't meant for me.I was engaged mult. times before I found "the one".It was hard of course for him to get used to(the first time he met her was right before her 3rd b-day and she was throwin the biggest tantrum u have ever seen) but we have been married now for over 5 yrs and have two boys.She doesn't know anything about her "real father" but to her my husband is her father. U know u got a good man if he doesn't turn around and run after meeting her that day cause he didn't have to stay.we live in va. I hope this brings some hope to some of u.

I live in moline IL. I was 16 and his father was 17 when I had my son. His father would have stayed with me but he was never around anyways so I broke up with him. I dropped out of school for a while but after my son turned 1. I went back to school and got my GED and actually still graduated the same year I was supposed to. I am in college now and have been for 1 year. I'm planning on getting a masters degree. My major is microcomputer support specialist.

Hi,i'm Jasmine.I'm 17.I don't talk to my son's father and I have not seen him since I was 5 months pregnant(I prefer not to say his age).I found out I was pregnant when I was 15.I had my son Logan the day before my 16th birthday at 5:19am.He was 8pounds 2oz. 20 1/2 inches long.I went into the hospital on a wensday night to be indust,the dr. broke my water friday afternoon.I got an epidoral that stopped working 3 different times,I only made it to 5cm,When the dr. realized his head was stuck on my pelvic bone.So I was scheaduled for an emergence c-section.My mom went in with me.When they were pulling him out they called my mom around to look at him bc he was holding his head up by himself.My mom said his name and he looked right in her direction.When they started putting my stitches in I started having sharp pains from my chest to my back,so I was put under.I got to see him for a min then went to recovery.The first time I held him I cried and told him how much I loved him.I was in the hospital till monday,the first month was a little hard.I was in a lot of pain.I finished 9th and 10th grade.Logan is now 17months old n starting terrible twos but he is amazing and I couldn't ask for a better son.We just moved to Nc and I am signing up for adult classes in college.

My name is Ali, and I have a daughter named Cadence who is almost 4. I was pregnant at 16, had her at 17. Her dad was still 16 when she was born and turned 17 two months later. I graduated HS and am now a year ahead (junior) in college with a double major in Tampa, FL (I'm 21 now). It's hard, but I wouldn't change a thing. Her dad and I had some issues, but eventually worked through things. He's been an amazing support system for both of us. We're planning on getting married, but no set plans as of yet. I consider myself to be very lucky. =) Great to see all the other stories!

A lot of people have called me a bad parent because im so young. i live in a small town maybe some of u can relate. im the best mommy i can be and i try damn hard at everything i do. i would like to say not to let anyone dictate what kind of mom u are, because in reality only u know.

hi im lisa marie i was preg n in college at 17 and had my 1st baby boy at the age of 18 n i was still in college. due 2 all the stress by having a baby at a young age and still in full time college and workin with babies whilst in college i got post natal depression. luckily 4 me i had my boyfriend n my mam 2 help me and gradually i got over the post natal depression n i got a couple of weeks break from college. i then have just had another baby boy hes 1 month old n i am now 19. so as u can quess its hard at the age of 19 with 2 kids. My 2 kids are my world i wudnt change them 4 any thing. My 1st son is only 1 year n 9 months so he dusnt understand whats going on and keeps hittin jaxson and makin him cry. i live in hartlepool in england..

I was 23 when I found out I was expecting my son. And I had him two months before I turned 24, his father is 29. We are still together and loving every minute with our son - who is now seven months old.



(No idea why so many girls say they "fell pregnant". It's not like you caught a cold. It sounds ridiculous.)

With our first..Camylia (Ca-Mil-E-Yah) I was 16 when I got preggo..and had her exactly 2mths before my 17th bday. 9.5.07. Her daddy was 17 when i got preggo and 18 when I had her. I quit school (..it was suppose to be my 12th grade yr...but i skipped school alot my 11grade yr..so i failed..) bcuz her dad wouldnt watch her and my mom didnt drive to enroll me to the school with a daycare...but later found out she cant be in one bcuz she has a low-immune system caused by her rare skin disease called Mastocytosis...and i couldnt find no one to watch her for me so i could finish. Her father did stay..and when i turned 17 i moved in him and his fam. then that spring we broke up and i moved bk in with my mom...

and that summer i found out i was preggo with my son..i was 17..the daddy was 19 and got locked up thru out my whole pregnancy with my son..i had my son when i was 18..1.19.09...I named him after his dad...he's a second..lol (Emiliano II). After the daddy got outta jail..we moved in together with his fam until that April..we moved in with my mom and a month later we split. I started datin and ex of mine..and he broke up with me and my baby daddy wanted to get bk wit me...so i tried that for a few days and couldnt do it..mostly cuz of trust issues with him...but now iam bk with my ex...and iam some what happy. I say that bcuz i wish i had my own place and things where different.

But...my daughter is 2..my son is 8mths..and they're happy. They see their dad off and on thru out the mth..but mainly cuz his mom and sis like taking Camy. They dont take my son..Ano that much but do when there's a bday party..but ya..the daddy is gonna be 21 in Feb. and imma be 19 in Nov. I do not work but he does. iam trynna get my schooling finished and get a job..until then...I am a stay at home mommy!

Hi my name is Kim. I graduated from high school at 17. I had my first child at 18, my second when I was 21, and my 3rd when I was 23. My first has a different father and no he did not stick around. The other 2s father was around off and on for 3 years but it was not a healthy relationship, and i wish it hadnt taken me so long to figure that out. I am currently 35 and my children are 17, 14 and 11. I am currently married and have 2 step children 5 and 4. My husband has full custody of both his children. At a young age i wanted to be in love, and have a family. I thought with my heart instead of my head. Although it was rough and i still havent done everything i wanted to do, like go to school, travel, i did succeed in having 3 of the greatest kids, 2 of the greatest step kids and married to my best friend. My advice to teens and what i tell my daughters now...dont be in a hurry to grow up, dont be afraid to be yourself, love and know yourself first before you try and love someone else, do what makes you happy not what makes someone else happy. For young moms/moms to be...its ok and normal to be scared, be patient one day at a time things will be ok, you can do anything if you really want to do it, make sure you have someone to vent/communicate to it is very helpful, just know your gonna make mistakes live and learn from them, dont dwell on things you cant change and work on the things you can. You cant change the past, all that matters is the now and tomorrow. I have learned to take care of myself and not rely on someone to take care of me, but to be open to people who want to help me.

His dad was 20 when we had our son then a couple months later turned 21.He has been apart of our son life since the pregnancy and are still going strong. I graduated from high shcool with college credits and now i am a soph. in college and i have my S.T.N.A. which is a nurse aid and i can work in nursing home. i am currently loooking for a job in between being a full time student studing and taking care of a 6 month old.

Hi. My name is Alyssa. I am from Davenport, Florida. I was 17 when I got pregnant and 18 when I had my baby boy. His father was 23 when I got pregnant and turned 24 two weeks before I gave birth. My baby boy just turned 1 on August 11, I will be turning 20 in December, and his dad turned 25 in July. I graduated high school June of 2008 and started college January 2009. We would have been together for four years in May but I called it quits in March because he did not want to get a job and help support us better. I still live at home with my parents so they can help me with my son while I go to school. I will soon be looking for a part time job with health benefits: (one)because Medicaid keeps screwing me over and (two) because we could use any additional help we can get. Medicaid will be denying me benefits soon because I do not wish to file for child support. (((How screwed up is that?!?))) We are still separated, but he has finally gotten his act into place and went back to school also. He is still in my son's life and helps me out when ever I need it. I do not know where our future together will take us, but I am just glad he is finally doing something with his life.

hey! my name is sarah. i got pregnant when i was 18. i am 19 now and she is almost 3 months old. her father is 6 months younger than me. me and her father dated for about a month n a half before i got pregnant n we broke up after about 2. i didnt even know i was pregnant until 13 weeks n 2 days. every test came back negative. i finally decided to talk to her father about it n we bought a test which finally came back positive so i made an appointment with a doctor. i ended up moving in with him and we got back together shortly after. he asked me to marry him not long after that. about a month n a half ago we got into a fight n he hit me in the face. needless to say i now have a restraining order against him n he is being ordered to go to anger management n drug n alcohol counseling before he will be able to see her again. i am currently a sahm and im starting online college classes very soon. i have no plans to get a job just yet but that is something i want to do in the next couple of years.

I was 20 and he was 23 when i had my daughter. I am half stay at home mom and half working mom. Daycare costs way to much so that how we make it work.

Hi i'm Sami.. I was 19 when I had my daughter 2 days after my birthday :) Her dad was 22, He and I had broken up before I found out I was pregnant and is now married. I live in Minnesota. I work full time and go to school full time online and am with the man of my dreams now.. He loves my daughter and treats her like if she were his own..
