Okay so i am desperate and worried and flabergasted that i still see no signs of teeth. My son was 3 months old when he started teething and we thought wow he might get teeth right away, but not a chance. My daughter Samantha, now 4 years old had her first two teeth at 6 months yet Gabriel suffers alot from teething pain and cannot fully sleep the entire night because of it and still no teeth. They are right there, i mean i can see them but nothing comes out. Should i be worried? His pediatrician doesn't even talk to me about it, she keeps telling me not to worry about the teeth but i can't help but worry.

I would love to see at least just one tooth so at least i know he won't be a gummy for too long lol

Oh wow Chelsea you have given me hope...He still has no teeth but they are right there, we can see it but he actually chews on everything and anything hard or soft. Poor thing what some babies don't do with teeth, he does with his gums lol...Thank you for giving me hope...

my little girl just got her first tooth at 19 months and i felt the same way, worry when there 2 is what i was always told, but i understand how hard that truely is....my daughters problem i think is she wont chew on anything that isnt food, so she didnt ever have pressure on her gums to help them through.

Thank you, yes he is definitely teething and well i know i had my first tooth at 10 months and my older brother at 11 months so maybe but i sure can't wait to see one.

my neice didnt get her firt tooth till around that age, might have been a little later. some say it can also depend when the parents or other clost relatives also got their teeth. some kids get em super early, some come a little later. you can compare your child to other babies as everyone is different. if he is teething, then its a good sign. im sure they will come soon.

have you gone to see a dentist? i would even though he doesnt have any teeth yet i would go and see what they say, my peds dentist said when my kids are 1y to start bringing them.. GOOD luck hope you can find out why its taking so long.
