Is sleep disruption at night due to teething a common thing or could it be something else?

My Daughter has been sleeping through the night since she was 2 months old. Now all of a sudden (shes teething) she sleeps for a while at night from 9 pm anywhere to 2-4am and wakes up. Not screaming or like she is in pain just gnawing on her hand and cooing to herself and slightly fussy at times and stays awake for an hour or so and goes back to sleep. First time mommy and I'm a little stressed because I don't know if it's just her teeth or something else. Shes not run any kind of fever or doesn't act sick so Please give me ideas and stories if you have them :) Thanks

my little one is 5 days shy of 9 months and he did that when he was having a growth spurt he still does it sometimes as long as she isn't crying she should be fine. If you are really concerned ask her Dr. most of them are understanding and will talk with you about your concerns.
