Do they get a rash like little light specks on them with bad diaper rash? I know they chew and drill alot. but she had a temp. now a rash all over and a bad diaper rash. Last night she had the bumps or I mean rash before the fever and that must of been when she cut her tooth.

babies can be really cranky and fussy while teething and they can even run a fever at time, so yes this is all normal

did your baby get a rash on her face?? My son has the same symptoms you describe plus he's having a hard time eating/drinking milk and is REALLY cranky... but I don't see any tooth coming!!! :S

Yes, they can get diaper rash, run a temperature, fussy, drool a lot, and chew on everything. My littel guy tends to sleep a bit more when he's got a new tooth coming through too. If the diaper rash is really bad and normal creams aren't helping you can get a prescription from your child's pedi. Hope this helps! GL
