My daughter just turned 2 less than a week ago and we have been going through the terrible twos for a few months. I have tried everything I know to do. Timeouts, placing her in her room, talking with her and I get no positvie response. I have a 3 year old and she never went through a stage this bad. I am at a loss. Please help. She kicks, hits, screams and yells at people when she goes through these fits. Any advice?!?

hello there...
i too have a three year old and a two year old....
the three never gave me much problems, but my two year old is such a sassy little thing.
i have found with her reward systems work best rather then drawing attention to her bad behavior.
when i first started this strategy i would do it for the day... like, i would have a little toy for her and i would tell her if she could go all day and obey and listen to everything i said, she would get her reward. then as she started to learn the concept of getting rewards, i would make the length go longer and longer. i do all sorts of rewards something as little as ice cream after dinner, all the way to special trips out.
worked for me...
good luck!
