i was in Vancouver last week and the 6th ave. bakery in New West Minster has thee most amazing potato flour bread, it was so exciting to eat good bread again!!

I use a bread recipe from mennonite girls can cook website and that is a Canadian website. It doesn't have potato flour in it, but it is an awesome bread.
