cookbook suggestions?

My son just tested positive for celiac disease. We still have to confirm with a GI specialist. I know not to change his diet yet but looking ahead, any cookbook suggestions? Obviously, kid-friendly and easy to prepare, cheap is good. I have three kids and my two boys eat, eat and eat! And they're only 2 and 4! So... We're also dairy-free for our main meals since I can't have dairy because of my breastfed daughter. I've been staying away from soy at the point until I can challenge it.

Anyway, cookbook suggestions would be helpful as well as any other tips to keep it kid-friendly and frugal. I plan on reading the other posts too.

Thanks!

I find most of my recipes off the web and put together my own cookbook of the all the favorites. I just google what I want to make and add gluten free.
