Hi all,

I ve a newly diagnosed 5 year so have been thrown into the deep end with the GF diet.
I have found some great tips on here but they are US based so the food brand names are different. I'm keen to chat to other Australian mums who may have some advice for me.

Cheers

Cath

Thanks Leeann - have joined the society and have found them helpful. I might pick your brains a bit later on if I get stuck though!

HI, my son was diagnosed at 18mths he's now 2 and a half, and we had no idea what we were in for, so i understand too. Im in Tasmania, and there isnt much down here at all, as soon as my son was diagnosed...and out of hospital, I brought all the books i could find and i make his bread from the Coeliac Society book. we are slowly getting better at knowing what he can and cant have. Feel free to email me as i have been looking for people to talk to about it too :) missbsmith@hotmail.com
