So I have not had a soda in over a week now and am only eating out once every two weeks. I relized that I have to give myself goals that I can obtain. So that is my first step. What are everyone else's?

My health goals? I stick to just water and this non-caffeinated energy drink called "Want More Energy" that I get online. The best way to help you lose weight is to drink tons of water: half you weight in ounces. I started at about 140, and had to drink at least 70 oz of water every day!
