Maybe if you try not to let her nap in the evening she will get sleepy around 11 or 12 and sleep probably she will wake up early but she will adopt with time... I had problems with my son's sleeping time also but I tried to cancel the nap and he sleeps early when he doesn't take a nap...

I love nature walks, making hand print animals, making obstacle courses in the back yard (who h he will do while I get stuff done), old boxes to make tunnels inside, picnic in the park.. Ask him to help make lunch and give him jobs he can actually do!!!

i'd go to the park or something. honestly boys can be entertained just by playing in the yard. there are so many things to explore. i also recommend the zoo and aquarium. i take my son to a truck dealership because he likes to look at trucks as much as he likes looking at fish (=

No need for medicine if u wake her up before 2 noon like 11 AM she won't get enough sleep and will feel sleepy earlier... Do not use any medicine for the child it's just a habit and it might take a week for her to adopt be patient :) kids always need patience

Oh ok, i could give you some ideas what you could do inside with him. My son is going to be 2 and a half in a couple of days.
You could build a Little tent/house with old cardbord boxes,or take four chairs and put a blanket over them that you have a Little tent. You could also make an obstacle with pillows on the floor, use a chair as a tunnel etc. My son loves to Play and jump around on a mattress, you could take it of the bed and put it somewhere for him to Play on.In winter when we cant go outside all the time we do stuff like that or Play puzzles and my son loves Stickers. I hope i could give you some ideas..

Thank you dear Gena but the problem is that I live in Riyadh where there is no chance for all of this and that's why I am confused!
If I were in another country, I could have found allot of activities for him

Go to a playground, park, go swimming,zoo.. there are many places that are fun for kids in that age.Or even go walk in the forest and explain what you see, touch the trees and let him play with sticks and stones.
