when he starts to "toddle" or wobble around (the beginning of walking on his own). :)

I tell all of my kids that even though they are no longer "babbies", they will always be my baby, even when their 80. My oldest is 11, and as long as I have them, I will love and cherish them, and they will always be my babbies, I brought them in this world, they are mine to love.

A baby is a toddler or classified as one, once he/she walks basically but usually at the age of 1

I think they are considered toddlers at about 9 months. Some people call 3 & 4 year olds toddlers and some say they are preschoolers.

in my opinion, your toddler, is still your baby... until they reach school age.
